By visiting sandalwoodsheds.com you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and to give accurate information when you contact us or request a quote.

You agree not to interfere with how the site works, copy our content for your own commercial use, or try to reach areas of the site not meant for the public. We may update, pause, or remove parts of the website at any time. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to submit information or place an order.

A quote or estimate from Sandalwood Sheds & More is an offer to sell a building at the price and terms described. It is not a final contract until you place an order and we accept it. Quotes are good for the period stated on the quote; after that, prices, materials, and availability can change.

We do our best to show all-in pricing with delivery and standard setup included inside our included delivery area. Any taxes, permit fees, extended delivery, or special site work are separate unless we put them in writing. The final price, options, and terms are the ones written on your signed order or invoice.

When you place an order, you confirm that the size, style, color, options, and delivery address are correct. Custom and special-order buildings are built to your specifications, so check your order carefully before you approve it.

We accept payment by the methods listed on your order, which may include cash, approved financing, rent-to-own, and 90 days same as cash. A deposit may be required to start a custom or special-order build, and deposits on custom orders may be non-refundable once production begins. If a payment is declined or returned, we may pause your order until payment clears.

These programs are provided by third parties, and approval, rates, and terms are set by those providers, not by Sandalwood Sheds & More. Financing is offered through Launch Credit Union and is subject to their application and approval. Rent-to-own lets you make payments toward ownership, subject to the program provider's agreement. 90 days same as cash lets qualified buyers pay the cash price within 90 days, subject to the provider's terms.

When you apply, the information you submit goes to that provider so they can review your application, and their agreement and privacy policy govern that relationship. We are glad to help you compare options, but we do not control credit decisions or program terms.

Delivery and standard setup are included within our included delivery area around Belleview, and we offer extended delivery on custom orders for greater distances. We will schedule a delivery window and do our best to hit it, but weather, road conditions, and manufacturing timelines can move dates. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

You are responsible for making sure the delivery site is ready and reachable, including clear access, firm and reasonably level ground, and enough room to place the building. If our crew arrives and the site is not ready or cannot be reached safely, we may need to reschedule, and a return-trip or re-delivery fee may apply.

Getting the site ready is the customer's responsibility unless we agree in writing to handle it. Before delivery, please clear the area, arrange a level base if your building needs one, and remove obstacles like fences, low branches, or soft ground that could block access.

Permitting and zoning are also the customer's responsibility. Rules differ by county and city, and what is allowed depends on your property, setbacks, and use. We are happy to share what we know, but it is up to you to confirm what your local building department requires and to pull any permit that applies.

Your building is covered by the manufacturer's warranty that applies to your model. Many Stor-Mor buildings include strong coverage, such as long-term siding warranties and the LP ProStruct flooring system, and your paperwork will list the exact terms for what you bought.

Beyond the manufacturer's written warranty, buildings are sold as is, and we make no other warranties except those that cannot be waived under Florida law. Normal wear, weathering, ground movement, and damage from misuse, alterations, overloading, or failure to maintain the building are not covered. Moving a building after delivery, or modifying it yourself, can void the warranty.

Stock buildings may be eligible for cancellation or return under the terms on your order. Custom and special-order buildings generally cannot be canceled or returned once production begins, because they are built for you. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an order.

Rent-to-own agreements have their own cancellation and return terms set by the program provider. Any refund of a deposit or payment depends on the terms of your order and, where it applies, the program provider's agreement.

The same number you call, (352) 624-6405, can also send and receive text messages. If you give us your mobile number and agree to texts, we may text you about your quote, your order, delivery scheduling, and questions you have sent us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (352) 624-6405. After you send "STOP," we will send you a confirming text that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

The content on sandalwoodsheds.com, including our text, photos, logos, and building descriptions, belongs to Sandalwood Sheds & More or the manufacturers we represent, and is protected by law. You may view and share our pages for your own, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, republish, or use our content, brand name, or images for your own business without our written permission. Product images and specifications are for general reference; the exact look, materials, and dimensions of your building are the ones on your order.

We work hard to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we provide it as is. We do not promise the site will always be available, error-free, or current, and product details, pricing, and availability can change without notice. Photos are examples and may show options that cost extra.

To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, Sandalwood Sheds & More is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or, beyond the price you paid for your building, from your purchase. This section does not take away the manufacturer warranty that comes with your building.

You agree to use our website and your building safely and lawfully, to follow any local rules that apply to your property, and to keep your building maintained. You agree to cover claims, losses, or costs that come from your misuse of the website, your violation of these terms, or your placement or use of a building in a way that breaks the law or harms someone else.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We would always rather talk it out first, so please call or text us at (352) 624-6405 and give us the chance to make it right. If we cannot resolve it that way, any dispute will be handled in the state or county courts located in or serving Marion County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms and Conditions as our business, products, or the law change. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. Using the website or placing an order after an update means you accept the current terms.
