Either way, setbacks, zoning, and any HOA or Villages-district rules still apply, and a building does not need a permit for us to deliver it.
We do not pull the permit for you, but we will tell you which side of the line your property falls on and point you to the right office so you are not guessing. Getting this right up front is a lot cheaper than fixing it after the fact.
Florida is hard on buildings. The heat, the afternoon storms, the damp, and the termites will find a cheap shed and take it apart. The buildings we sell are made to stand up to it. Our Stor-Mor sheds use an LP ProStruct treated floor built for moisture and termites, a double 2×8 top plate instead of a single 2×4 for stronger walls, and double studs every four feet where the siding seam lands so the nails hold. The gable vents are framed, house-grade vents, not a plastic piece tacked onto plywood. The LP siding and trim carry a 50-year siding warranty.
