Outside town limits, Lake County’s rules apply instead. Both can change their requirements, so please confirm your own address rather than relying on a number you read on a shed website, including ours.
Many Lady Lake neighborhoods also have deed restrictions or an HOA that limits size, color, and placement, and homes inside The Villages follow their own deed restrictions. Setback and zoning rules still apply, and structures still have to meet product-approval and tie-down requirements.
